Everything You Should Know about Brawl Stars

Culture is a group of people's shared beliefs, values, and practices Culture grows into three stages first is the formation then the maturity, and then the decline. Since the term culture is very broad can be used for many things. There’s culture for nations, music, movies, and most of all we also have a culture in gaming.  We gamers share the same lingo for calling out a new player or for calling out a really good player on the server. We share the same beliefs about video games being an escape from real life.

Culture and sub-cultures are there to be celebrated by its people and they can only grow further

And faster if more people adopt them. For instance, the rise of gaming and there for gaming culture happened due to the age of the internet and the welcoming nature of most gamers. They shared things with these newcomers and taught them how to do things and whatnot.

The best way to promote anything new is to educate people about it and that’s what I am going to do here in this blog. So in this blog, we are going to discuss Brawl Star which is an online multiplay battle arena the standout thing about this game is that it is made by the same developer who made the world-famous strategic game Clash of Clans. So you know right away that we are dealing with an extremely well-made game.

    The Premise:

So Brawl Stars is a 3v3 top-down online battle arena in it your characters which are called brawlers will fight against each other with their unique abilities according to their specific roles. Which we will discuss in depth later on and they have to fight until one of them is last standing. The cool thing about the game is the scenery and characters it provides. It is as simple as it can while also having complex roles and systems in it that on higher ranks can make your mind boggle. The storyline of the game is kind of nonexistent like most of the other supercell games like Clash of Clans, Clash Royal, and Boom Beach.

In my opinion super hyper focuses itself on things that matters the most and for online games its the game because no one is playing the game for the story they are playing the game for having a good time with their friends. That is why the game does not put efforts into making lore for its game or its characters. Now if we are talking about character then let’s talk about them in depth shall we.

    The Brawlers:

As of right now, the game offers 91 brawlers for players to choose from. These brawlers are categorized into seven different roles, but they all have one thing in common—and that is to kill the brawlers on the other side. Now, if you're looking to climb the ladder more efficiently while learning each character, brawler rank boosting can help you save time and skip the grind. Unlike the game itself, the brawlers do have a back-end story to them which provides a little context as to why they are a brawler and how they get their role abilities. So let’s talk about the abilities of each role to give you a lot more context about how the game and its characters work in a battle environment.

    Damage dealers:

These damage dealers are the first line of fire of the attack and they are pretty similar to other game’s duelists. Like Jett or Reyna in valorant and Wolverine or Punisher in Marvel rivals. They are great against the roles of tanks and assassins but not that great against marksmen and artillery brawlers

    Assassin:

These are your midlanes and sometimes are front liners. Their role is to kill the enemies who are distant from them but they have low health as well so their work is to go in, kill, and return since they can not do much while fire fighting. They are great against artillery and marksmen brawlers but can’t do much against tanks and damage dealers due to their low health.

    Marksmen:

These brawlers are kind of snipers since their damaging ability allows them to scope out enemies in long-range projectiles allowing them to kill the enemies while sitting back on the last line of attack.

    Artillery:

Pretty self-explanatory title. this brawler can do damage to brawlers who are up in the cover and due to that they are really great against any brawler which is taking a cover apart from tanks due to larger health and assassins due to their agility.

    Tank:

This role is one of the most universal in games. So tanks are the ones who have a large amount of health and their only duty is to support and take damage for their teammates and to create space for their team.

Since they have huge health they are strong against brawlers which have low health like assassins and artillery but not against damage dealers

    Support:

These are your medics and they provide crucial support in matches. They can heal their teammates they can also buff their teammate's abilities to skew the result in their favor. But since their only role is to lend a hand they are weaker against most other brawlers.

    Controller:

Alike from controllers in valorant, these controller brawlers focus on holding choke points relaying the map, and dominating it. They can stand their ground due to their abilities and can provide much-needed map control. Also, they are highly dependable on their positioning so they are weak against none or weak against every brawler. The only weakness and strength of them is their positioning.

    Game Modes:

Now let's talk about the game modes Super Cell offers in this game. So mainly there are two modes you can play first is ranked and second is unranked, which is a common practice among all of the competitive games which offer a rank ladder. To unlock the ranked mode you will have to play the unranked mode to a point where you get a thousand trophies in your inventory.  Apart from unlocking the ranked mode earning trophies also provides you with cosmetics, gems, and brawl skins. Ranked mode is based on an elo system and you get players according to your ranked score. Although you need to get your brawlers to power level 9 if you wanna play ranked.
